Simply add your desired products to the 'Add to Cart' button and proceed to the checkout page. There, enter your shipping details (Pakistan address and phone number) and payment information. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we strive to dispatch orders quickly (same day or next day), it can be difficult to make changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. If you need to make an urgent change, please email us immediately at yallaloot@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Yalla Loot offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the pure Pakistan! There is no minimum order requirement.

Q: Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking number. You can enter this number on the courier partner's website to track your package's location.

Q: What is your return policy?

Q: How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please email us at yallaloot@gmail.com. In your email, clearly state your Order Number, product name, and the reason for the return. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Q: Are any products non-returnable?
Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened Beauty & Skincare products and personal Wellness items cannot be returned. Electronics (like drones or gadgets) cannot be returned if they have been activated or registered.
Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the status. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days (depending on your bank's processing times).
