Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Yalla Loot. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience across the Pakistan.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our Refund & Return Policy gives you 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was received within the last 7 days.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all boxes, instruction manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and tags still attached.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Special Condition for Drones & Electronic Gadgets: Items like Drones, Action Cameras, or similar electronic gadgets must not have been activated, registered, or have any software initiated. The original seal on the manufacturer’s packaging must be intact for a return to be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Opened Beauty & Skincare Products: Items like cleansers, creams, serums, and other personal care products cannot be returned once the original seal is broken.
  • Hygiene-Sensitive Wellness Items: Personal massagers or wellness tools used directly on the skin cannot be returned if opened.
  • Used or Damaged Items: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Gift Cards: Digital gift cards are non-refundable.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving your order:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to yallaloot@gmail.com.
  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the clear reason for the return (please include photos if the item arrived damaged or defective).
  3. Confirmation: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the package, including the return shipping address.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, a refund will be processed. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive a refund via store credit (voucher) for immediate use on your next purchase at Yalla Loot.

Please Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items purchased during special promotions are final sale and cannot be refunded unless proven defective.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, Yalla Loot will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: For all other returns (change of mind, size preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items upon Arrival

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at yallaloot@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the damage and packaging. We will prioritize your request for a replacement or a full refund.
