1. Free Standard Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the Pakistan. There is no minimum order requirement.

2. Shipment Processing Time (Dispatch)

We strive to get your 'loot' to you as fast as possible. Our dispatch operations are based on a same-day or next-day timeline

Please note: Dispatch refers to the time the package leaves our warehouse and is handed to the courier.

3. Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, your order will be handled by our trusted courier partners. Our estimated delivery times within the Pakistan are as follows:

Peak Times (Sales, Holidays, Ramadan, etc.) 5–7 Business Days

Please Note: These are estimated transit times provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery to remote areas within the Pakistan may take slightly longer.

4. Peaks and Promotional Periods

During periods of exceptionally high volume (such as White Friday, Black Friday, Ramadan, Eid, or major sale events), order processing and courier delivery times may be extended. The estimated peak delivery window of 5–7 business days allows our partners extra time to manage the surge in shipments while keeping your package safe.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package on the courier partner's website.

6. Service Scope

Currently, Yalla Loot delivers only within the Pakistan. We do not support P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Damages
